The stormy sea at Praia Grande led to the creation of temporary ponds in the rocks. It has to do with the influence of the tides. Non-uniform sand banks are formed and when the tide goes down not all the water goes, creating temporary lakes.
In the cliffs that surround it are dinosaur footprints and walking paths along which you can enjoy a pleasant landscape.
Has a considerable range of dining outlets and a hotel.
